Parks, 84 MILLSBORO - Elizabeth 'Betty' Parks (nee Elliot), passed away peacefully on June 23, 2012. Betty is survived by her husband of 61 years, Henry; and their children, Susan, Nancy, David and his wife, Lee, and Daniel and his wife, Kara; and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the Melson Funeral Home, Long Neck Road, in Millsboro.
