Elizabeth J. 'Pixie' Collins, 62
MILLSBORO - Elizabeth J. "Pixie" Collins, of Millsboro, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2008, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Md. She was 62.
She was past member of the Gumboro Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and attended the Line United Methodist Church, Whitesville.
Pixie enjoyed playing bingo.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Preston E. Lewis, in 2002.
She is survived by two sons, Leroy C. Collins and Carmel J. Collins; five brothers, Thomas E. Lewis Jr., William Lewis, Robert Lewis, Samuel Lewis and Melvin Lewis; two sisters, Judy Shanahan and Margaret Lewis; and two grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at noon Thursday in the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, Thatcher Street, Frankford, where friends may call after 10 a.m.
Interment will be in Line Community Cemetery, Whitesville.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Pixie's memory to American Diabetes Association of Delaware, 110 S. French St., Wilmington, DE 19805.
