Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Marie Thompson.
Earl is survived by his children, Linda Wester (Delaware) and Earl Thompson III (Pennsylvania); two granddaughters, Dawn Haw-Young (Delaware) and Sue Lynn Haw (Delaware); a grandson, Phillip Thompson (Wisconsin); two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
He was an Army Veteran and a City Cab drive for many years in Dover. He was known and loved by many around town as there wasn't a cab driver quite like him. We will miss that million dollar smile.
