Dustin Robert 'Nutter' 'Duss Money' Skinner, 34
LINCOLN - Dustin Robert "Nutter" "Duss Money" Skinner passed away very unexpectedly on July 27, 2021.
Dustin was one of the kindest, loyal and most trustworthy person you would ever meet. He will be missed by so very many people.
Dustin is survived by his mother, Lisa Skinner and her fiancé Fred Cara; his father, Paul Passwaters; his sister, Ferran E. Passwaters; two nieces, Nevaeh Passwaters and Ke'Mya B. Walker; his aunt, Bessie Taylor, with whom he lived; his uncle, Robert Skinner, Jr.; his cousin, Katelyn Naturale; his fiancé, Heather Swank, who is carrying his unborn daughter Freya Elaine Skinner, who will be here in October, and Heather's two children Abigail Reynolds and Jason Reynolds, Jr. Dustin was preceded in death by his grandmother, Geraldine Taylor.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, DE 19934 where there will be a viewing from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in honor of his unborn child.
