Dover - Dovie C. Duncan passed away Tuesday, Apr. 11, 2017, at the Country Rest Home, Greenwood. She was born on Aug. 8, 1921, in Easley, S.C., daughter of the late John and Lucile Phillips.
Dovie was preceded in death by her husband, Earl L. Duncan; parents, John and Lucile Phillips; sister, Sarah Crowe; brothers, Lester, RM, Melvin and infant boy Phillips.

Over the years, Dovie was very active in volunteer work with Family Services, Base Thrift Shop, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Sunday School and Training Union.
