MILLSBORO - Doris E. Carmean of Millsboro died Tuesday, April 3, 2007. She was 83.
She was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church at Springfield Crossroads.
Doris enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family.
Doris never met a stranger and was a real lady.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Lida Mae Wooten Parker; and two husbands, Reynolds Esham, who died in 1953, and and Delbert Carmean, who died in 1991.
She is survived by children, Wayne Carmean and his wife, Nancy, Allan Carmean and his wife, Deanna, Gene Esham and his wife, Mildred, all of Millsboro, Jackie Hamilton and her husband, Russel of Charleston, S.C., Kerry Carmean and his wife, Karless of Millsboro; one brother, Dale Parker of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Watson Funeral Home, 211 Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call one hour prior.
