DOVER - Doreen Gail Ebert passed suddenly on Mar. 19, 2017.
Doreen was loved by everyone she met and was eager to share her infectious laugh with friends and family. Kindness and generosity were two of her most prominent traits. She loved to make crafts and give gifts made with love. Her dog, Sassy, was her favorite little companion and loved her with all her heart.
She graduated from Lake Forest High School in 1981, after attending Caesar Rodney High School for the majority of her secondary education. She worked at KinderCare Learning Center in Dover from 1987 until 1999 and more recently at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital in Outpatient Services from 1999 through 2015.
She was the youngest of three daughters born to Teresa and Theodore Ebert, who both preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sisters and their families, Debra and John Buckler, of Dover, Brenda Loveless, of Frederica, and their children; nieces, Casey Dye, of Frederica, Teresa Buckler, of Dover, Amber Buckler, of Dover; and nephew, Chad Loveless, of Harrington.
Memorial services are to be determined. Burial ceremony at Barratt's Chapel will be private.
