Donald Paul Reynolds Sr., 77

HARRINGTON - Donald Paul Reynolds Sr. of Harrington died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, at his daughter's home. He was 77.

He was born in East Orange, N.J., to the late Ralph and Hazel Reynolds.

Mr. Reynolds worked as a high voltage electrician for Public Service Electric and Gas for over 45 years.

He enjoyed his work.

In his spare time, he enjoyed walking and riding through the countryside looking at nature and the trees.

He loved all animals, and loved his cat Missy.

Mr. Reynolds enjoyed listening to music, anything from big band and classical, to easy listening and light opera, and anything in between.

He loved children and enjoyed taking his nieces and nephews to the park, and enjoyed taking his own children to the park as youngsters.

Mr. Reynolds was a member of the Harrington and Milford Senior Center and attended the Houston Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean Deignan; and his second wife, Alice Reynolds.

He is survived by his son, Donald Paul Reynolds Jr. of Harrington; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Robert Sederquest of Harrington; brother, Richard Reynolds of Lakewood, N.J.; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 S. DuPont Highway, Harrington, where friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday.

Interment will be in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.



George Raymond Hibbs, 79

MILLINGTON, Md. - George Raymond Hibbs of Millington, formerly of Langhorne, Pa., went to be with his Saviour on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2007. He was 97.

Mr. Hibbs was born May 20, 1910, in Bristol, Pa., was educated in Bristol and Langhorne schools, and received his degree in accounting from Rider College in New Jersey.

He was employed at Rohm and Haas Company in Bristol for 35 years.

Mr. Hibbs was a member of Capitol Baptist Church of Dover, Del., after moving to Maryland in 1986.

Prior to that he was a member of First Baptist Church in Bristol, Pa., the Christian Business Men's Association and was a founding member of Lower Bucks for Christ.

Mr. Hibbs was preceded in death by his wife, Amy; his parents George W. and Agnes L. Hibbs; and a brother, Willson Hibbs.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Janet Hibbs of Millington; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and Carroll Wagner of Galena; eight grandchildren and their spouses, Karen and John Hill of Millington, Kim and Brent Carothers of Akron, Ohio, Kathleen Hibbs of Leuven, Belgium, Ken and Tammi Wagner of Nashville, Tenn., Kristi Lehman of Millington, Dan and Shelli Wagner of Middletown, Del., Tim and Tonya Wagner of Los Angeles, Calif., and Steve and Dana Wagner of Westminster; and 14 great-grandchildren, Zakary, Jimmy, Melonie, Ashley, Andy, Emily Logan, Hunter, Katie, Caleb, Kaylee, Sophia, Jason and Joel.

From the beginning of his personal relationship with Jesus Christ, he had no greater joy than to share with any and all, until his last day on earth, "how to get to heaven from here." His favorite Scripture and firm belief as Ps 16:11 "In His presence is fullness of joy; at His right hand are pleasures forever."

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St., Galena, where friends may call one hour prior.

Graveside service will be noon Wednesday in Sunset Memorial Park, 333 County Line Rd., Feasterville, Pa.
