FELTON - Donald L. "Yogi" Dalious, 64, of Felton, passed away at home on Aug. 28, 2015. He was born in Milford, Delaware son of the late James and Martha Benton Dalious. He served in the U.S. Army from 1971 to 1973. Mr. Dalious started farming with Jack and John French and Edward Kirby then worked with Vinal Kirby with race horses. He worked for Milford School District for 24 years in Food Service prior to retirement. Mr Dalious also worked at Milford Fertilizer for thirteen years and was a former member of Harrington Fire Department. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, dancing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his sister, Elsie Shirey; and brother, Sam Dalious. He is survived by his three children, Donald L. " Lee" Dalious, Jr. and wife Charlene, of Harrington, Donna and Danny McGray also of Harrington and Amber Dalious and Matt Revelle of Farmington; four siblings, Bill, of Milford, John of Seaford, Frank of Milford and Bo of Maryland; and nine grandchildren; also, his ex-wife and caretaker of over 30 years, Kelly Dalious. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Berry Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front Street, Milford, Delaware. Interment will be private at Delaware Veteran Cemetery, Patriots Way, Millsboro, Delaware. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hope Lodge 636 W, Lexington Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
