Donald J. Kinsley, 73
LONG NECK - Donald J. Kinsley of Long Neck, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away Monday March 12, 2007, at his home. He was 73.
He was born in Philadelphia, son of the late Joseph Francis Kinsley and Marjorie (Reimer) Kinsley.
He was an installation manager for Bell Telephone Co., retiring after 34 years of service.
Don served with the U.S. Air Force in the Korean War.
He was a member of American Legion Post 28 of Oak Orchard-Riverdale and the Telephone Pioneers.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Theresa A. Kinsley; a son, Douglas Kinsley of New Hope, Pa.; two daughters, Donna Lynn Staskel and her husband, Hank, and Darlene Allison, all of Philadelphia; a sister, Barbara Lorry and her husband, Bart of Lewes; six grandchildren, Billy Allison, Amanda Allison, Jennifer Staskel, Jaclyn Staskel, Julianne Staskel, and Janelle Staskel.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Melson Funeral Services on Long Neck Road, Millsboro.
Instead of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Tunnell Cancer Center, 424 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE. 19958.
