Derrick Ryan Chapel, 27 DOVER - Derrick Ryan Chapel, of Dover, passed away on Jan. 21, 2010. He was 27. He was born on Aug. 2, 1982, the son of Kimberly Chapel and Thomas Armstrong. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Leslie Chapel, Justin Armstrong, and Tommy Armstrong; five sisters, Amber Avers, Jenna Chapel, Samantha Davenport, Tara Kessler, and Sandy Lister; five nephews, and one niece.
