Dennis Medford Webb

GREENWOOD - Dennis Medford Webb, 58, passed away peacefully at the Delaware Hospice Center on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017.
Mr. Webb was born in Dover to Charles M. and Verona (Medford) Webb. He attended Caesar Rodney High School where he was a member of the Future Farmers of America. Dennis was active in 4-H, and was a past member of the Murderkill Lion's Club. Farming was his life and he loved driving a tractor, growing crops, raising calves, and being out in the fields. He farmed for Draper King Cole for over 20 years and for Robbins Farms.
Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his mother, Verona; brother, Dave Webb; and grandmother, Nedra Medford.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Beth (Holleger) Webb; children, Sherrie (Marc) Moreau, Robert (Misty) May and Dennis (Rebekah) Webb; sisters, Dawn Webb Cox and Holly Webb; grandchildren, Brandi Sanez of San Antonio, Texas, Nicole Moreau of Milford, Logan Moreau of San Antonio, Katie Brown, Shelby May of Alabama, Robert May III, Shania May, Aidan Wright, and Mira Brown all of Milford; nine great-grandchildren; and his fur baby, Bella.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, DE 19963, where friends may call after 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dennis' memory to: Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
