Delaware Opioid Settlement Commission will provide 15% of settlement money to local governments

Municipalities set to receive $30 million over 12 years

The Delaware Prescription Opioid Settlement Distribution Commission announced Feb. 23 that grantees under the Local Government Grant Program will receive over $30 million over the next 12 years for opioid addiction treatment and recovery, or about 15% of the state’s estimated $250 million settlement fund.
