David Hines, 57

REHOBOTH BEACH - David Hines of Rehoboth Beach passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 57.

Mr. Hines was born in Jersey City, N.J., son of the late John Hines Jr. and Marie (Fleming) Hines.

After spending a number of years as a retail executive, he moved to Delaware to become a Realtor with Ocean Atlantic Agency in Rehoboth Beach.

He was a sports enthusiast and a fan of the Yankees and Redskins. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed following the Masters tournament.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Hines of Rehoboth Beach; a step-daughter, Jennifer and a future son-in-law, Bryan; a sister, Barbara Mazzariello and her husband, William and a brother, Donald Hines, all of New Jersey; and a niece and nephew, Amy Mazzariello and William Mazzariello.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes where friends may call one half hour earlier.

Burial will be private.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.
