Darlene Ruth Hill, 62

DENTON, Md. - Darlene Ruth Hill, 62, of Denton, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009, at home. She was born on May 23, 1947, in Easton to Charles Franklin Cooper of Seaford, Del., and the late Margaret Helen Nickerson Cooper. In addition to her father, she is survived by one daughter, Charlene Riley and husband Jesse, III of Denton; her husband, Cecil Hill of Virginia; one son, Jeffrey Pearson of Pennsylvania; one sister, Willa Sprague of Seaford; four grandchildren; and three nieces. Services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17, at Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro, where a visitation will be one hour prior to services.
