Daniel O. Neidig

WYOMING - Daniel O. Neidig, of Wyoming, passed away Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, at Kent General Hospital. He was 54. He was born on Nov. 8, 1955, in Dover, son of the late William and Edith (Caldwell) Neidig. Daniel had worked for Getty/Valero Oil Refinery for 20 years and retired due to illness. He loved being with family especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed biking and was an avid Harley Davison rider. Daniel is survived by his wife, Sue Neidig; two sons, Daniel W. Neidig of Dover and Tony Mannino of Wilmington; a daughter, Lauren A. Neidig of Millsboro; seven grandchildren, Gabrielle, Aaron, Eva, Julian, Nevaeh, Daniel and Hugo; two brothers, William "Dicky" Neidig of Wyoming and Donny Neidig of Wyoming; and several nieces, nephews and friends. A graveside service will be 1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at Odd Fellows Cemetery, in Camden. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Pippin Funeral Home, to help with expenses.
