MILFORD -Dale E. Passwaters passed away suddenly on Monday, July 6, 2015 at Bayhealth Medical Center, Milford Memorial Hospital. Dale was born in Milford the son of Joyce (Brown) Webb and the late Samuel J. Passwaters, Jr. He worked for several years as a carpenter before becoming disabled. Dale enjoyed fishing and reading, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending family events.In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a step-brother Jesse Webb Jr. He is survived by his children Kevin Todd, Danielle Passwaters, Dale Passwaters, Jr., and Angela Passwaters; his grandchildren Shana Smith and Cameron Todd; his mother Joyce Webb and her husband Jesse; a sister Loreta Fowler, his brothers Kenneth Passwaters, Samuel J. Passwaters III,and Frank Passwaters; his step- brothers Walter L. Webb, John D. Webb, David Webb, Chris Webb and a step-sister Donna Lins. A viewing will be held from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford.
