Brian Keith Everett

DOVER - Brian Keith Everett passed away on Jan. 5, 2018, son of Virginia Becker Stern and Donald Everett. He was born April 1, 1968, in Texarkana, Texas. He lived in many places: Japan, Hawaii, Washington State, and then Delaware. He graduated from Dover High School in 1986.
Brian was a manager at American Finance for the past ten years. Before that, he was also a manager in different departments at Strawbridges.
Brian enjoyed thrifting, antiquing, going to the beach, going to Nascar with his son, and loved the Dallas Cowboys. He was a devoted family man and loved spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Loren and Gertrude Becker; grandfather, Robert Everett; and his uncle, Bobbie Moore.
Along with Trish Ferry, his fiancee and loving companion for the past 20 years, and son Dylan Everett, he is survived by his mother, Virginia Becker Stern (Gary); father, Donald Everett; aunt, Debbie Moore; uncle, Walter Becker (Kathy); uncle, Louis Everett; cousins, Jennifer and Matthew Becker; grandmother, Juanita Everett; and half brother and sister, Dwayne and Tracy Everett; and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, DE 19901, on Jan. 20, 2018, where visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. An informal service will be starting at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made in his memory to The First State Animal Center and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden DE 19934.
