Bertha 'Bert' Pinder Wright, 88 GREENSBORO, Md. - Bertha "Bert" Pinder Wright, of Greensboro, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, in Caroline Nursing Home, Denton. She was born July 24, 1921, in Greensboro, to the late Herbert and Elsie Hamilton Pinder. Mrs. Kibler was a food service supervisor with the State of Delaware, working for the Hospital for the Chronically Ill in Smyrna. She retired in 1977 after 20 years of service. She was a member of the Greensboro Wesleyan Church now known as the New Life Wesleyan Church. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Sue Kibler of Greensboro; two grandsons, Marty Kibler, and Greg Kibler, both of Greensboro; one sister, Louise P. Douglas of Garland, Texas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. Wright in 1989; her two brothers, Paul Pinder, and Bill Pinder; her sister, Ruth Seiler; and her son-in-law, Robert M. Kibler Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m., today, Dec. 16, at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro. A graveside service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 17, in the Greensboro Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Make A Wish Foundation, 3411 Silverside Road, Suite 104, Wilmington, DE 19810. Letters of condolence may be sent via www.fleegleandhelfenbein.com.
