Bernice Laramore

Laramore, 88 GREENSBORO, MD - Bernice Fleming Laramore, of Greensboro, Md., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 at Bay Health Medical Center, Milford, Del. She was born on July 7, 1925 in Goldsboro, Md., to the late Dillon Bernie and Rose Young Fleming. Mrs. Laramore was a graduate of Greensboro High School class of 1944. She was a clerk for Playtex Products for over 32 years retiring in 1987. She was a member of the Caroline Memorial Post 7937 V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Nicodemus Laramore; brothers, Harvey Fleming, Ralph Fleming, and Glen Fleming. She is survived by her son, Richard Allen Laramore Sr. (Sharon) of Ninety Six, S.C.; brother, Raymond Fleming of Harrington, Del.; sister, Mary Rose Bishop of Cheswold, Del.; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A funeral service for Mrs. Laramore will be on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home in Greensboro, MD. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow the service in the Greensboro Cemetery.
