HARTLY - Berneice E. Barlow passed away peacefully, May 13, 2017 at home. Along with her husband, Robert Weldon Barlow, Sr., her parents, and all seven (7) of her siblings, she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law Ethel Foster Barlow and grand-daughter Lori Barlow. She is survived by her sons, Robert Weldon Barlow, Jr. and his wife Martia of Clayton, DE and Richard Lee Barlow of Hartly, DE, her granddaughter Jennifer Leigh Roussell of Dover, DE, a grandson, Ryan Romano of Clayton, three great grandchildren, Natalie Brooke, Michael Paul and Brantley Liam also of Dover, her beloved niece and nephew Mia and Lee Bartlett of Clayton, De and their family with whom she shared many good times. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of Delaware.
Graveside services will be held on May 24, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Gracelawn Memorial Gardens, New Castle, DE.
