DOVER - Bernadette Lisa Fogell passed away, Wednesday, June 20, 2018.Bernadette was born July 3, 1970 in Dover where she resided her whole life.
She was a very intelligent woman with many different talents, poetry being one. Bernadette enjoyed putting a smile on everyone's face, an all-around beautiful soul. She was loved by many and will never be forgotten.
Bernadette was preceded in death by her daughter, "Our little angel" Anna Lee Fogell.
She is survived by her two loving parents, James and Kyoko Fogell; children, David Wiest, Brooke Fogell, Eugene Rivers, Jr.; she was also blessed with one granddaughter, Ava Cadmus.
A Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday evening, June 28, 2018, at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover.
