DOVER - Benjamin Eugene Quail passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, July 29, 2018.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Beacon Lighthouse Church, 1342 Dinahs Corner Road, Hartly, DE 19904 where there will be a viewing from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow the service at Barratts Chapel Cemetery.
