Lowman HARTLY - Ava Lea (Kelley) Lowman passed away on November 12, 2014 surrounded by her family at Christiana Hospital in Newark, at the tender age of 4 days. She was born November 8, 2014 in Dover, the daughter of Thomas Allen Lowman and Amber Lea Kelley of Hartly. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Landen James Kelley; her paternal grandmother, Karen A. Lowman; her maternal grandmother, Judy L. Ryan; her paternal great grandmother, Sharon A. Lowman; and extended family members. Services will be privately held. The family would like to extend a thank you to the NICU staff at Christiana Hospital, and Faries Funeral Home for the compassion and care provided.
