Audrey Iness (Gribble) Hopkins, 51

HIXSON, Tenn. - Audrey Iness (Gribble) Hopkins of Hixson died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006, in her home. She was 51.

Mrs. Hopkins was born May 17, 1955, in Heildburg, Germany.

She was a 1973 graduate of Hixson High School. After graduating from high school, she moved to Lewes, Del. where she raised her family. Four years ago, she returned to Hixson.

Mrs. Hopkins was a member of the First Baptist of Soddy-Daisy.

She was preceded in death by a son, Andy Hopkins.

She is survived by a son, Burli Hopkins of Lewes; two daughters, Ingrid Hopkins of Greenfield, Ind. and Amy Hopkins of Honolulu, Hawaii; her parents, Andy and Ingrid Gribble of Hixson; her twin brother, Andy Gribble of Hixson; a sister, Andrea Gribble of Fairfax, Va.; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, where friends may call one hour earlier. Burial will follow in Coolspring Presbyterian Cemetery, Harbseson, Del.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Coolspring Presbyterian Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 36, Harbseson, DE 19951.
