DOVER - Anna C. Scott, formerly of N.Y.C., N.Y., was born October 31, 1929 and died August 19, 2016. She was the mother of Anita Scott of Dover, and the beloved wife of the late Lucious Scott of N.Y.C., N.Y. Anna was an Executive Director and Headmaster of Salem Community Council, Inc. within the city of New York, N.Y. A viewing will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on Sunday, August 28, 2016, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.
