PRINCESS ANNE - Ann W. Clark passed away on Monday, Dec. 19, 2016 at her home. She was born in Cambridge on Oct.10, 1951 and was a daughter of the late William and Alice Hughes Wielgosz. Ann graduated from Cambridge High School. On Oct. 24, 1970, she married Lewis E. Clark, who passed away on July 30, 2011. She was a receptionist for Hearne and Bailey Law Firm in Salisbury. Ann enjoyed painting and writing short stories. Besides her parents and her husband, Ann is preceded in death by a brother, Charles "Buck" Wielgosz. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Clark, of Baltimore and Valerie Clark Thompson and husband, Dan, of Seaford; a grandson, Liam Thompson, of Seaford; a sister, Patricia Hart, of Cambridge; and several nieces and cousins. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. with Father William Lawler officiating. Interment will follow at Dorchester Memorial Park. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
