TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Alice M. Truog of Terre Haute, formerly of Lincoln, Del., died Sunday, May 4, 2008, in the Davis Nursing Home, Terre Haute. She was 88.

Mrs. Truog was born in Jersey City, N.J., daughter of the late Alphonse and Elsie (Savage) Dishler.

She worked in the textile industry for several years.

She loved to crochet and play pinochle.

Mrs. Truog was a member of the Grace Fellowship Church, Dover, Del., and a member of the Milford (Del.) Senior Center.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James C. Dundas, in 1983; her second husband, John Hatt; and her third husband, Paul Truog.

She is survived by a son and a daughter-in-law, Jim and Pat Dundas of Lincoln; a daughter and a son-in-law, Colleen and John Montgomery of Terre Haute; a sister, Lorraine Ashley of New Jersey; four grandchildren, Trish Dunlap and Cheri Willey, both of Lincoln, Colleen Smolenski of Newbury Park, Calif., and David Daniels of Florida; and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Ave., Milford, Del., where friends may call one hour earlier.

Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, U.S. 113, Milford.
