Ada L. Barclay, 83
DOVER - Ada L. Barclay, of Dover, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2008, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 83.
She was born on Jan. 16, 1925, in Centerville, Md., to the late Norman and Ida Tribbit Lister.
Mrs. Barclay is from the Greenboro and Denton, Md. area.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Barclay; son, Rick Barclay; and brother, Raywood Lister.
She is survived by son, Kenneth Barclay of Federalsburg, Md.; son, Gilbert Barclay of Frisco City, Ala.; son, Donald Barclay of Newark; son, William Barclay of Newark; grandson she helped to raise, Kenneth Barclay Jr. of Newark; and many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call two hours prior.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to American Lung Association, 422 South Governors Ave., Dover, DE 19904.
