William Thomas Badger, 50 MILFORD - William Thomas Badger, passed away on March 7, 2010, in Brooklyn, N.Y. Born on July 23,1959, he was the son of Clinton Winan and Jeanette Hall. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, March 20, at the Wesley U.M. Church, Slaughter Neck, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Milford.
