SEAFORD William "Randy" Stewart passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013. He was born on Aug. 21, 1969 in Dover, Del. He is survived by his loving wife, Kacie; children, Jonathan, Destiny, Brandan, and Haley; siblings, Jennifer and Billie. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
