DOVER - William Edward Spivey passed away on Nov. 2, 2016. He worked for many years as a carpenter. William was a loving son, father and brother who enjoyed fishing with his children and spending time with his family. He is survived by his parents, Bill and Marlene Spivey, of Dover; three children, Madison, Miranda and William Noah Spivey, all of Felton; three sisters, Shari Lawrence (Fred), of Dover, Tammie Winter, of Dover and Yvonne Husfelt, of Dover; and extended family members. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Dover World Outreach Church of God, located at 3941 W. Denneys Road in Dover. A luncheon will follow.
