DOVER - William Simmons, of Dover, passed away on July 22, 2011, at his home in Dover. Born on Sept. 12, 1937, he was the son of William Simmons, Sr. and Jessie B. (Johnson) Bowers. He was 73. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 27, 2011, at the Dover Air Force Base Chapel, Dover. Interment will be private.
