DOVER - William R. Dooley, Jr. passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at home. Bill was born May 15, 1963 in Philadelphia, Pa. He was a self-employed handyman. Bill enjoyed fishing and his snakes. Bill was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Mary Stocklin and William and Emma Dooley and his niece, Amanda Lee Parry. He will be sadly missed by his mother Carol Carey and her husband P. Donald; his father William Dooley and his wife Patricia; sister Donna Lee Parry and her husband Carl; brother, Thomas Dooley; sister, Donna Jean Kishel and her husband Jerry; brother, Michael Carey and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial services will be held 10 a.m., Monday, May 18, 2015 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt. 10), Dover. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m., Sunday evening. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
