CLAYTON - Bill Heffner Born in Annapolis, Md. Oct. 18, 1945 to the parents of William Sr. and Evelyn he was born a Navy brat. It is how he met his future wife Ledema Dunn in San Jose, Calif. after a few years of a long distant relationship and a long story and some magic worked by his sister Ann and Army service (Army/Navy Game was always win/win for him) they married in 1967. They had four beautiful daughters, Colleen, Connie, Charlene, Cheryl. Bill a DIE HARD Colts fan and Dodgers fan and for racing season he was an Earnhardt Fan through and through. He has gone to Rest his weary bones on May 22, 2018.
Bill's family is a large one. Bill was predeceased by mother, Evelyn; and father, William Heffner Sr.; sister, Ann; and grandson, Kenneth. The grieving family members include but are not limited to, his loving wife, Ledema; daughters w/ son-in- laws, Colleen and Rob Schmidlkofer, Connie and Anthony Oliveri, Charlene Heffner and Tim Hamilton, Cheryl Heffner; his brothers, Gordon, Russel; sisters, Caroline, Celeste, Laloni and Pat; grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Vanessa, Justin, Andria, Kaytlyn, Brandon, Felica, Brittany, Kayla, Roselynn, Joselyn, Leslie, Brooklyn, Jarrod, and Megan; and 11 great-grandchildren. Many cousins, nephews, nieces, greats and grands… many many friends…. A Celebration of Life for Family members only will be done in Bills Memory.
