William J. Scott Sr., 54

DOVER - William J. Scott Sr., passed away Monday, Nov. 3, 2008, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 54. He was born on April 17, 1954 in Washington, D.C., son of the late Walter and Anna Scott. William had worked as a truck driver for Weaver Sanitation. He is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Scott; children, William J. Scott Jr., of N.J., John Scott, of N.C., Janet Brown, of N.C., and Gloria Deyo, of Mass. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Sunday at Erial Community Church, 1725 New Brooklyn Road, Erial, New Jersey. Burial was private. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
