Virginia O'Neal Parsons

BRIDGEVILLE - Virginia "Jenni" O'Neal Parsons died suddenly at her home on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017.
She was born May 26, 1975 in Milford, the daughter of Ray Thomas O'Neal Sr and Christine Harrold O'Neal.
Jenni was a loving and caring mother and daughter, who was devoted to her children. She was a friend to many and will be sorely missed by all.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Sherri Hassett.
Jenni was survived by her mother, Christine Webb and step-father Richard of Bridgeville; her father, Ray T. O'Neal Sr of Washington; 4 children, Brittany O'Neal, Taylorshay O'Neal, Anthony Stultz and Chelsey Stultz all of Bridgeville; 2 grandchildren, Peyton and Anthony; and 2 brothers Ray T. O'Neal Jr. of Lincoln, and Scott O'Neal of Colorado.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017, 12 noon at the Fleischauer Funeral Home 16 W Market St, Greenwood, DE 19950. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
Interment will be held at St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood.
