DOVER - Tracey Lynn Whaley passed away, Monday, June 11, 2018 at Kent General Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones.
Tracey was born Sept. 12, 1978 in Milford to Kathy Voshell and the late John R. Voshell, Sr.
She is survived by her mother, Kathy Voshell of Camden; daughters, Lexus Voshell of Camden, Cassidy Whaley of Dover; sons, Malik and Trey Voshell both of Dover; her husband, Delbert Allen Whaley of Dover; brother, John R. Voshell, Jr. of Camden; grandchildren, Brennan and Kobe McDowell.
Memorial services will be held 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m.
