SALISBURY, Md. - Sylvester Junior Seth, of Salisbury, formerly of Seaford, Del., departed this life on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, at his home, after a long illness. He was 33.

Sylvester was born Aug. 13, 1974, son of Velma Tilghman and Sylvester Tilghman.

He graduated from Seaford High School with the Class of 1992.

Sylvester attended Agape Ministries under the leadership of Apostle William and Brendell Smack.

He was employed at Bailey's Taxi Service, Salisbury, until his illness.

Sylvester was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Sylvester Bolden.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories his mother, Velma Tilghman of Laurel, Del.; his father, Sylvester Tilghman of Baltimore; his maternal grandmother, Charlotte Seth of Denton; his maternal grandfather, Andrew Seth of Chester, Pa.; his paternal grandmother, Flourtine Williams of Federalsburg; four sisters, Samantha Tilghman of Hurlock, Lakshia Fuller of Rochester, N.Y., Pandora Strand of Painter, Va., and Teresa Thompson of Federalsburg; two brothers, Cortez Seth of Salisbury and Sylvester Tilghman III of Wilmington, Del.; three godsisters, Leslie Savage of Seaford, Georgia Demby of Pittsburgh, and Dinez Goines of Baltimore; nine nephews, Dontah L. McNamara, Joshua E. Weatherspoon, Rodney T. Paseco, Dontae V. Tilghman, Ligoc Sagarin, Eugene Smullen Jr., Tywuan and Jarwuan Johnson and Jamar Neal; six nieces, Lasheena Fuller, Yashnia M. Tilghman, Aleine M. Coston, Tiray Camper, Aignshe Peterson and KeNosha Johnson; three aunts, Charlene Seth of Federalsburg, Darlene Seth of Chester and Roberta Butler of Federalsburg; one favorite great-aunt, Arlene Drummond of Denton; five uncles, Andrew Seth of Denton, Dale Seth of Denton, Maurice Seth of Salisbury, Jeff Butler (Ann) of Federalsburg and Troy Butler of Federalsburg; a godfather, Troy Smith of Seaford; and a special and devoted friend, Marvin Wynder of Salisbury.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Agape Ministries, 316 Covey Plaza, Seaford.

A viewing will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
