BOWERS BEACH - Steve Axelroth, of Bowers Beach, passed away June 3, 2011. He is survived by his daughter, Jeana Axelroth; granddaughters, Bella and Anjolina; and partner, Lea Tammi. Steve built beautiful homes in Kent and Sussex Counties. "At the end of the day" he loved fishing, talking, boating, conversing, cooking, entertaining, and shooting the breeze. He was never at a loss for words. Steve was a very generous, good hearted and helpful person. He will be badly missed. There will be a gathering in his memory at his home on Saturday, June 11, at 4 p.m., 216 N. Bayshore Drive, Bowers Beach. His ashes will be released into the ocean at a future date.
