FELTON - Stella A. Leitzell, of Felton, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, at home, surrounded by her family. She was 76. Mrs. Leitzell was born Dec. 6, 1934, in Chester, Pa., to the late Anna Sczynanski Latocha and Stephen Latocha. She worked for International Playtex Inc., in Dover for 9 years, in the credit collection department. She was a member of Harvest Years and The Sodality of Our Lady of Dover AFB. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, crafts and computers. Mrs. Leitzell was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Albert, in 2005. She is survived by son, David Cudd of Massachussetts; daughter, Victoria Jahr and husband William of Duluth, Minn.; son, Steven Ray Leitzell and wife Cheryl of Felton; daughter, Stella Rexrode and husband Julian of Harrington; son, Albert Leitzell Jr. and wife Patricia of Woodside; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Frances Skinner and husband Albert, Annamay Decker and husband Kenneth; brothers, Stephen Latocha and wife Penny, and Matthew Latocha and wife Louise; and her loving cat, Kitty. A Memorial Service will be noon, Wednesday, Nov. 23, in Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 East Lebanon Road, Dover. Interment will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear.
