Sheila Paitsel Bodine

MILFORD - Sheila Paitsel Bodine passed away July 9, 2015 in Kent General Hospital, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was 52. Sheila was born on Feb. 22, 1963 in Dover. She worked many places, including Dawson Bus Service, most recently for Chambers Bus Service up until her illness. Sheila enjoyed watching old TV shows, reading her Bible daily, talking on the phone daily with family & friends, playing bingo and taking her granddaughter to the beach. She is preceded in death by her father, Frederick R. Morris. Sheila is survived by her mother, Louise Phillips; a son, Zachary F. Paitsel and his wife, Brittany; three sisters, Yvonne Reed, Shirley Wiley and Linda Iverson and her husband, Jeffrey; two grandchildren, Kloe R. Paitsel and Rowan Z. Paitsel; and her best friend and companion, her Pekingese, Lacy. A memorial service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2015 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, where friends may gather one hour earlier. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901 or Calvary Assembly of God, 1141 E. Lebanon Rd., Dover, DE 19901. Letters of condolences can be sent via pippinfuneralhome.com.
