Sandra E. Burrows, 58 DOVER - Sandra E. Burrows, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010, in Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital. She was 58. Miss Burrows was born April 21, 1951 in Dover, the daughter of the late Samuel C. Burrows and Mary Marshall Rice of Dover. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Walter Thomas Sammons of Dover; and five brothers, Samuel C. Burrows Jr. and Robert J. Burrows, both of Leipsic, Frank Gorski of Bowers Beach, Harry J. Burrows of Portsmouth, Va., and Isaac J. Burrows of Smyrna. Services and burial will be private.
