The Celebration of life will be 11 a.m., Friday, June 1, 2018 at Bibleway Institutional Church of God In Christ, 56 South Kirkwood Street, Dover, DE 19904. There will be a two hour viewing before the service. There will also be a public viewing Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 West Division Street, Dover.
