MILLSBORO - Ruth E. Hall, of Millsboro, passed away on Friday, March 9, 2012. She was 85. She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Scott; sisters, Mary Williams, and Rachel Powell; a brother, Donald Hopkins; four grandchildren, Nikki Scott, Nona Scott-Senghor, Leslie Scott and John Scott Jr.; seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. A funeral service will be 1 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2012, at the Dickerson Chapel A.M.E. Church, 28845 S. DuPont Blvd., Millsboro, where friends may call after 11 a.m. The Rev.
