Roy Arthur Seichepine, 63

FELTON - Roy Arthur Seichepine, 63, of Felton, passed away at home. Mr. Seichepine was born on Dec. 17, 1945, in Wilmington, to the late Emil F. and Marjorie Farrar Seichepine. He was employed as a water operator/manager and a wastewater operator/manager with the city of Milford. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era. Mr. Seichepine was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon McFarland Seichepine in 2003; and a son, Kenneth in 1977. He is survived by four sons, Roy A. Seichepine Jr., John Seichepine and wife Eva, Rick Sumner and wife Tammy, and Brian Siechpine; two daughters, Donna Siechepine and Kimberly Sumner; three brothers, Steve Seichepine, David Seichepine, and Dennis Seichepine; one sister, Marjorie Roberts; and six grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, May 8, at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S Washington Street, Millsboro, where friends may call at 10 a.m. Pastor Donald Raper will officiate the service. Interment with Honors will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Patriot's Way, Millsboro. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the District 4 V.F.W.
