COLOMBIA, MD - Roxanne Pitts formerly of Delaware, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2015. Roxanne was born on January 16, 1960 to the late John W. Pitts and Shirley L. Carter. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Whatcoat United Methodist Church located at 341 Saulsbury Road, Dover, where there will be a one hour viewing prior to the service. There will be a public viewing from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, August 21, 2015 at the Whatcoat United Methodist Church, Dover. Interment will be in the Sharon Hill Cemetery, Route 8, Dover. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
