ELLENDALE - Robin Owens Kight, 48, of Ellendale, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2009, at her residence in Wilmington. She was born in Milford, the daughter of the late, Morris B. Owens, Jr. and Mildred R. (Courtland) Owens. She was an Investment Accounting Manager with PFPC in Wilmington. Robin was a member of the West Chester Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her two sisters, Grace Kay Owens and Joann Brittingham. She is survived by her husband, Nicholas A. Kight; her brothers, James H. Owens and his wife Joann of Farmington, and George R. Owens and his wife Susan of Ellendale; her three sisters, Ida I.O. Smith and her husband Richard of Lincoln, Sally Hurd of Williamsville, and Rhonda L. Owens-Whitehouse and her husband Ron of Ellendale; her nieces and nephews, Kathi McCoy and her husband Ron, J.C. Owens and his wife Donna, Charles Owens, Kimberly Owens, Keri Owens, and Katie Joseph and her husband Eric; her great-niece and nephews, Faith Ann McCoy, Alex McCoy, Ryan McCoy and Luke Owens; her step-niece, Rosalie Whitehouse. A memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at the McCrery Memorial Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike (Rt. 202, S. of Silverside Rd.)
