DOVER - Robert "Bob" Morrow passed away on August 23, 2021.
Bob was born in Dover, Delaware, on May 16, 1930, son to the late Annabel Angstadt and Norman Morrow. A staunch patriot, he served four years in the United States Navy on the LST USS Talbot County. Later, he was employed by the State of Delaware as a Road Design Engineer, retiring in 1991. Bob enjoyed many sports and was a member of several bowling teams, played softball and excelled as a football player at Dover High School. He loved to fish whether from the Indian River or Roosevelt Inlet jetties or a friend's boat. Big band music was his favorite from Jimmy and Tommy Dorsey to Glenn Miller. He was a loyal fan of University of Delaware Football as well as the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
Bob is survived by his wife, Ann Boys Morrow of Dover; children, SMSgt (Ret) Michael C. Morrow (Sabrina), Christine L. Morrow; grandchildren, Rebecca L. Hayden (Eric), David C. Morrow; two great grand-children, a niece and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Norman H. Morrow Jr.

The family would like to thank Westminster Village Health Center and Dover Hospice for their kind and loving care during his last days.
