MILLSBORO - Robert Lee White Sr. of Millsboro passed away Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006, in his home. He was 54.

Mr. White was born in Milford, son of Aliene (King) Wise of Seaford and the late John Oran White Jr.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran and had served two tours of duty in Vietnam.

He was a self-employed HVAC technician and previously worked with George Sherman Corp. Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for 13 years.

Mr. White enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie White.

He is survived by his mother, Aliene (King) Wise of Seaford; his wife of two years, Heather A. (Fumo) White; five children, Karen White of Millsboro, Christine White of Frederica, and Stacey White, Melissa White and Robert White, all of Lewes; four stepchildren, Christopher Shumate of Millsboro, Monica Shumate of Selbyville, Diego Vargas of Millsboro and David Vargas of Florida; 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Pat Lawson of Milton and Charlotte White of Georgia; and three brothers, Donald White of North Carolina and Jeff White and John White, both of Ellendale.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Hebron Church, Seashore Highway, Georgetown.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton.

Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery, Georgetown.
